Dr. Pardo became a “Texan” in 1969 when his family moved to Baytown and then later to Beaumont. In 1986, he returned to Baytown where his brother was working as a family practitioner. He was in solo practice in Neurology until Dr. Schwartz joined him in 1992. He was one of the founders, in 1996, of Jacinto Medical Group. Ricardo is married and has one child. He and his son are active in martial arts and the whole family loves water sports, especially scuba diving.
